This report is addressed to EIT Food in order to describe the process through which we arrived to the Challenge Lab “From farm to table” held in Siracusa at Impact Hub among 15 and 17 November 2019. Work done, goals achieved, 3-day event, speakers, participants, prizes, winners and the jury will be described in this report.
